Taken at Blackrock Pass, Nevada on 5-21-2012 00:30-01:50UT. Per NASA eclipse calculator maximum eclipse was at 01:32:30.2UT. Altitude of Moon in these images ranged from approx. 28 deg. ending at approx. 10 deg. 72 frames of 477 were selected and processed in Photoshop. Meade 125ETX with glass solar filter, manual tracking, Canon D450 at 1/1200" at 10-15 sec. intervals. Low exposure time was selected due to local winds. O.P. at 38.5218N 115.8275W. The observing point was about 2 kilometers off the centerline.
TFOV on camera chip was insufficient to capture entire Moon, and the images are oversampled. A focal reducer should have been used.
