General Meeting - Wednesday, September 15, 2021
Description: Mr. Robert Burt with SDL will present information about the OSIRIS-Rx project.
OSIRIS-Rex is a NASA asteroid-study and sample-return mission. The mission's primary goal is to obtain a sample of at least 60 g from 101955 Bennu, a carbonaceous near-Earth asteroid, and return the sample to Earth for a detailed analysis. The samples will land in Utah's west desert in the fall of 2022.

Location: Meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.
This is our first in-person meeting. Join us at the Redwood Road Campus of SLCC, 4600 So. Redwood Road
Park in the 'R' lot across the street from the Rampton Technology Building. We'll meet in the same auditorium we were in pre-COVID. Please consider wearing a mask.

Also we'll simultaneously broadcast via Zoom.
